Really liked this cheese. No artificial ingredients and tastes like the old fashioned Kraft mac and cheese. Nice size bag for the price. Great quality! I would definetely buy again!

This stuff is great! I made cheddar broccoli Mac and cheese with it and cheddar popcorn. I even got my nephew to eat veggies if I sprinkle this on it.

Finding a tasty boxed mac and cheese that fits my child's gluten-free diet has been a challenge. After trying various options (at great expense), I decided to create my own using high-protein noodles and this Cheddar Cheese Powder. After a bit of trial and error, it has become one of her favorite meals! I warm about 1/8 cup of milk and a couple tablespoons of butter in a dish, then add a tablespoon of this cheddar cheese powder and mix well. For a creamier texture, I also add processed cheese slices. The dish is tasty, extra creamy, and it really saves money! Highly recommend!

Not sure what I was expecting. It's a nice mild cheese flavor, fairly salty. Used as substitute after dental work/chewing ban. During experiments, found: softened butter + powdered cheese = Pretzel/Cracker Combos filling duplicate. Can't eat them anymore, so it was a nice surprise. But longterm, probably going to find a cheese blend for some variety from bite to bite. Maybe a sharp cheddar and a blue cheese? Further experimentation warranted.Didn't trigger gluten issues. Seems ok value for money. Small amount goes pretty far. Not sure why it's so orange.

Doesn't taste too bad, I got it for mac and cheese.However, the "resealable" bag is horrendous. The cheese powder gets stuck on the tracks, even after clearing it, it's still hard to fully close it. Don't try and squeeze the air out, you'll get a poof of fine cheese dust on you LOL. Hopefully it'll stay fresh with a chip clip closing it.The cheese clumps if you just toss it in with something else. It might not clump if you made it into a sauce first, then tossed it in.

Not much flavor but buying experience was fine.

I got this because my new meal prep cook book asks for powdered cheddar and I could not find it for the life of me in the store. It tastes good, mixes well with liquids, and does the job. Came through the mail fast. Will buy again when I am out.

LOVE this stuff. Such a good cheddar flavor. Super on popcorn and in cheesy dishes. Definitely would buy this again.
