Definitely worth it....
We were once dirt bags, before we had kids, and dream of being semi-dirt baggish again. During Quarantine, we decided to build our kids a two sided indoor rock wall, and these holds are legitimate solid. They are diverse enough-you can place similar holds upside down to switch it up a bit. They are also attractive looking against wood and feel more like real rock. They are great for kids and adults alike-and the quality is spot on. We have no regrets whatsoever. I would recommend soaking the holds upon purchase as the chemical smell is rough, but some dish soap and water took care of it. We dried them out in the sun and now my kids spend the hours that they would have spent bouncing off the walls-climbing them! Since climbing gyms are closed at present-this is a great way to fill the void. If you are wondering if these guys are worth it-that's a definitive yes. . P.S. Word to the wise: Make sure you put in the holding screws correctly. You want the rock holds flush with the wood and want the flat, circular washer on the backside of your wood (not on the front where the holds will go)-there are no instructions included, so do your research and save yourself some time before construction. There are some amazing youtube videos on how to build a decent wall in a relatively short amount of time. Cheers!

Excellent value and quality.
These holds are awesome, seriously. I've seen some silly complaints on here about them... "They were chalky when they showed up"... Yes, they have a bit of residue on them that's kinda dusty/chalky, but it quickly wears off and it doesn't impede the functionality of the holds themselves. "They smelled when they showed up". Yes they do, it's part of the manufacturing process. The smell wears off within a day or two, again, does not impede functionality of the holds. "The company is run in someone's basement". It might be... But I'll tell you what, you keep buying cheep garbage from China and the only way American businesses will survive is by being run out of a basement. Bottom line, these holds are great. I bought them with the intent saturate part of a wall for my small children (3 years and 1.5 years), and they work absolutely fantastic for that purpose. Additionally I use them on the rest of the wall (much more spaced out) for my 8 year old. The holds are excellent quality, easy to grip for an adult or a child, and there is a good variety of shapes. I would buy these again, I would recommend that you buy them, I would tell my friends to buy them. Additionally, they come with all the hardware you need, T-nuts and bolts. I think there was a complaint about the bolts rusting or having surface rust. Seriously, get over yourself... Bolts rust in the outdoors, no matter the quality, and surface rust doesn't take away from their strength or functionality. I paid for the express shipping option and they showed up within four days. They were packaged in a USPS priority box with no real padding or anything. The ONLY reason I mention this is because it seems like people have a "thing" for packaging these days... Like, if the package isn't beautiful, the product is garbage. FALSE. If the holds can't hold up (pun intended) to being tossed around a little bit and being smooshed together in a package across country, well then you probably don't want to put them on your wall and trust that they're gonna hold yours (or your kids) body weight without breaking. Just sayin.

Excellent for vertical walls
I have placed 3 orders from the seller from amazon and rockymountainclimbing.com and on all accounts service was excellent and their products are very durable and well designed. This set of holds reminds me of climbing on granite. One thing I should mention about this particular product is that I was a little disappointed by the size of the holds. I think the seller should include a reference object (like a carabiner) in the photo, till then keep in mind these holds are rather small. This particular set is best used on vertical or kids walls. My wall is adjustable from vertical (90) to overhanging (45) and these holds are useable to about (70) before they become impractical. Im a 5.10 climber. The best part about these holds is they are very durable, have great texture and look good. There is also a very good variety. Most holds are crimpy and edgy. Some have slopey sides and many can be used as pinches. A few had 2 finger pockets and many had shallow jugs. Overall, excellent value, and very satisfied.

Excellent product
I built an inverted 45 degree climbing wall and needed lots of jugs and bigger holds. These do the job nicely. I had a mixed bag of Metolius holds, but didn't have enough bigger hand holds to serve my purposes. These holds are awesome...they feel like rocks! I have been using them for about a week now and very few complaints. Reasoning for 4-star rating: -bolts are all 2" escape climbing bolts when about 25 of the 50 holds are clearly made for flat head bolts, but they still "work" with the escape bolts -no washers built into the holds, no washers included -approximately 5 of the holds did not fit flush on the wall. They can be tightened down to be made flush, but I would not use on anything other than a short bouldering wall (safety) as the torque needed "may" compromise the hold integrity. Very minor things, these holds appear very well made and I enjoy them a lot. My three kids and I have been using every other day.

Awesome product and amazing customer service
We absolutely love these climbing rocks! They look and feel like real rocks, not at all like the cheap plastic ones. They were easy to install and feel solid and safe. We have them set up for our kids to use, and they love it. Our first package of climbing rocks was unfortunately lost in the mail in the Christmas rush (the seller had shipped them promptly after my order was placed). I contacted the seller and they replied quickly that they would just send out a new set for us. The new package arrived about a week later, with the other lost package in tow lol The seller very kindly let us keep both sets. Truly amazing customer service with their speed of responding and solving the problem.

Holds are solid but bolts rusted within a month on my outdoor wall
I like the holds and the difficulty level, however with my climbing wall, the bolts rusted within a month. I live i a fairly humid area, so the black anodization didn't hold up. I ended up having to order stainless bolts from a different company to replace them with. Luckily the T-nuts that came with the holds are rust free so either galvanized or stainless steel.

Great price. Great make
Pros: Great price. Great make. Great feel. Let them air out or soapy hot water rinse then air out to get rid of sand that comes off. They feel like real rocks! They're not colored which is the only negative, but that's a cosmetic preference and not the style these holds are going for. Most holds have an "easy" and a "hard" side kind of where if you just rotate the hold it will be twice as difficult or easy to hang onto. Some holds the hex bolt didn't fit right through, but just a little screwing it in popped it past no problem. Cons: I only had 1 t-nut that didn't seem to be threaded. It could've been my error during installation so I'm not too worried. All holds still work fine. We had major problems with the shipment through USPS. The 1st package the seller sent out never came. Seller provided excellent customer service gave me a full refund. At first for shipping when it was just late, and then full when it seemed to vanish and they sent me out a new order. So the only con so far isn't based on the seller themselves or the product, thus still a 5 star product. Will update if there's any negative issues down the road, but I expect these to last. Would buy again.

Great holds
These are great, sturdy holds. I really like the texture/feel. It feels like you're climbing on real rock. great for hand holds and foot holds. they are all kind of generic in shape. not like some of the curvier or more jug-like holds you get w/metolious, but overall, they do a great job. If you are going to incorporate an incline/overhang in your wall, you will want something that you can get more of a substantial grip on. These are terrific for vertical walls, but unless you're at an expert level, you will be dropping off the overhangs w/these holds. Also, just a great value too. Some holds are $20-30 piece. I highly recommend buying these and mixing it up w/some of the jugs from metolius or atomik.
