I got these for for my 5 and 7-year-old kids, and they’ve been having an absolute blast with them. These walkie-talkies are perfect for their little adventures around the house, where they pretend to be rescue workers, exploring new "missions," and just having a great time.What stands out the most is how simple these are to use. Unlike a pair we bought previously, these are much more kid-friendly. The buttons are easy for them to press, and there’s no complicated setup, so they can get straight to playing without any hassle. The sound quality is clear, and the volume is adjustable, which is a nice touch for controlling the noise level during their adventures.In terms of range, it’s solid for indoor use and short-distance outdoor play. We’ve been able to communicate easily between rooms and even across the yard, which is perfect for their pretend rescue missions. It’s a nice toy for kids or even adults. Range is pretty good. At least in my two story house of 2600 sq feet there was no blind spot. Note that each walkie talkie needs 3 AAA batteries that are not included and also you need a small screwdriver to open the battery compartment. Other than these using it is pretty easy. You need to turn it on and then there is a talk button. Otherwise you can just listen to the other person too. There is also a small power indicator. For the price it is a nice toy for kids

Great toy but does not do good for long range

These are poor quality. I bought two sets of batteries and one doesn’t work at all. They are flimsy. And to top it off when I went to return Amazon won’t give me the option to just return via QR code. I have to print the label and return in another package. I’m not paying UPS 3.50 for printing and tape for a junk toy that wasn’t but 15$ that never worked in the first place. Not sure why it was rated so well. Maybe I just got a fluke.

Great price and value. Good range, built durable and reasonable battery life. Provides good wholesome fun for kids. Highly recommend these.

The walkie talkies work fine; however, I had to take screws out of one to reinstall a plastic piece that had not been installed properly and was bulging from the cover.
