I bought this new backpack because my previous one after years broke. The product is okay even if I prefer my previous one because it was really high quality. The quality seems good. The backpack has three useful pockets and my laptop fits on the pocket. There are a lots of useful small spaces for keeping the pens and other objects. Nothing special but it's okay

10 year old boys are not the most careful of users but this bag has survived almost 4 terms of daily abuse (at the time of writing there’s just two weeks to go). Much better than the 3 backpacks that my other (more careful) child has got through this term!! ** updated as just discovered that they have one in navy so have bought that for my other child! So pleased

First rate backpack,£20 off ticket price.Great quality& finishing,zips etc.I use it for shopping & thought it a bit small,but it carries weight.Waist strap really helps.Will make terrific cabin bag if day comes.Thanks.

I bought this because it has a laptop slot. But when packed items in the rucksack bend the laptop to you’ll need to protect it with an A4 book, or oven tray(?). If you just need a bag for IT and light items a 23L will be better. I replaced this item already.

This is the second bag I've purchsed. My first bag lasted me year's. Good build quality, overloaded it loads of times. Very comfortable to wear. Love this bag. I even purchased my girlfriend a similar bag in silver. Great brand.

Bag quality was fine but the waist strap wasn't long enough. Didn't expect to have to pay £2.99 for a return so won't be ordering anything from Mountain Warehouse again.
