At first there was an issue with shipping, obviously it’s a large product and came in multiple packages but this wasn’t made clear when first purchasing and the delivery of the product was staggered. Now I’ve received it all, I can fully recommend it ! It’s comfy and looks great ! I’m using mine for gaming chair in my living room because I wanted something to fit in with the rest of the room instead of a weird out of place office chair. I love it. Also relatively easy to put together!

Updated review. I'm pleased to be able to upgrade my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I still can't give the full 5 stars because I was left waiting for the missing box (with the chair back inside) which, for some reason was sent with a different courier. It finally arrived and I was pleased to see it was the right one and was in good condition even though one corner was slightly damaged. I found the chair was almost foolproof to put together on my own but I did have a slight problem with one arm as one of the brackets didn't engage and I was up until around 11:45 last night trying to rectify it. It is now perfectly put together and really rather comfortable. The sellers have been fantastic following my original message regarding the missing box and have messaged me every day with an update. Full marks to them.

Love this reclining swivel chair. Very comfortable.i don’t think the recliner is especially strong leg rest , so if you are heavy it might be a problem. Cup holders are a bonus. Great value. You might need help if you are elderly to assemble. Update: I didn’t realise this chair will actually lay almost flat if you move it away from the wall- so this may well be ok for the heavier person after all.

Arrived very quickly. Very easy to assemble & has simple functionality. Looks great, feels comfortable as larger seat & back area with sufficient padding. So far good value for money.

Thought it was great when I first got it, but started falling apart after a month or so. Ended up getting a full refund.

It’s very rare that I actually write reviews for a product, but I have to say I’m loving this chair. When upright, the rocking and swinging motion is incredibly smooth and gentle. And when you pull the handle situated discretely between cushion and armrest, it reclines into something you could fall asleep in. Assembly is a doddle. The pieces literally just slot together… no tools or screws involved at all. The whole thing arrived (ahead of schedule by FedeX) in two large boxes. The heavier box contains the base of the chair. Best open that first. Only one minor gripe. Each armrest has a cup holder, which are really beaker holders as they won’t accommodate cups or mugs with handles. But apart from that, a lovely and very comfortable chair.

Love this chair. But the only down side is trying to get the footrest back down. Easy to assemble.
