Buyer beware - I read reviews and thought this would be a great product! Oh the disappointment...I ordered the first time and when I put together I noticed that one side of the handles was not sewn correctly and I was not going to be able to use. I thought it was a one time defect, so I returned and I ordered a second one. When the second one arrived, it looked like it was fine and then as I put it together I noticed that there were threads where the handle meets the edge of the carrier. I held the carrier up from the handles and YES, you guessed one side of the handles was not sewn properly and was literally hanging from one thread (thank goodness I didn't attempt to test with my pups or they would have been on the floor!). I was so upset I called Amazon and they are removing from website until this company can get a hold of their quality control!!!! So don't be disappointed, if this still online, don't waste your time, I thought the first one was a fluke, but apparently there could be an entire lot of faulty products and the worst thing it could happen is that you may not notice and your poor pup or cat ends up getting hurt.

I would give 5 stars for quality, but giving 4 due to the fact that there is no way this will squish under airlines seat. It has a firm wire to keep it's shape. Rolls smoothly. Larger than looks. Good design with removable wheels. The opening at top for dog to get up and look out is a bit small.

I bought this to pick up a puppy to bring home with me. The strap for the handle tore off as soon as I picked the bag up through security. Keep in mind I had nothing in the bag that I was carrying at the time, it was empty. As I was waiting for the first plane to take off, I got up to go to the restroom and the shoulder strap broke. At this point I am stuck at the airport with no recourse for what to do, so I went and purchased a small sewing kit to see if it would hold up carrying the puppy back on the next flight. The handle strap held up but the shoulder strap did not after sewing it back together. I returned the carrier since it was defective from the get go.

I like the product but one side the carriers stitching is messed up and is showing. The rest of the carrier is fine and it’s seem like a great product for what I need it for. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for this manufacturing mistake. This should have been notice when inspected before being shipped out.Update: I contacted customer service and I must say they are awesome. They reached out and helped me that very same day such great customer service. Once again such a great product and the pup loves it to.

Took it on one trip and tried to use the wheels. Was falling apart. Too cumbersome. Seemed like a good idea at first ..but not very practical. Can't use this again. Gonna have to get a new one.

I love this new cat carrier. My cat is large and he isn't generally happy about going to the vet so he moves a lot. Being able to pull him is so easy. I also like that I can remove the wheels when leaving him at the vet. Great carrier, I'm super happy.

This bag is crap. First one I got, when I lifted my cat from the floor to the seat of my car to transport him, the strap broke. I wrote the company and they sent a replacement. Not only did the same thing happen on the same activity, but one of the wheels is a different size than the other. So it’s tilted.

Love this bag on wheels. You have the option to pull on wheels or carry as a regular carrier. My puppy loves it and is comfortable in it. The bottom of the carrier comes with a carpeted bottom which is comfortable for you dog. Very pleased with this purchase!
