It's worth the money.
Having trust that it works is key because it has extremely helped especially on rainy days to continue and be even more flexible instead of feeling stiff and bloated. A huge form of becoming more relaxed under huge amounts of pressure in today's fast paced work world.

Just want I was looking for.
I'm almost 300 pounds and it does just fine with me on it. I don't use it for exercise but it's fantastic for blood flow. Absolutely recommend.

I love it i use it everyday after a workout out it helps relax and recover my muscles. Love it. Super quiet. Works well. Am a big guy and it support my weight i am 270 lbs. great value it promotes cardio for weight loss.The down side of it it does let me adjust the timming of session it is pre setted to only 10 min. 😢.

Love this!
This works for me! I use it to help with my siatica.I stand but also you can sit and lean forward to put elbows on your knees, or just sit. I think it helps with circulation as well. I can tell a difference when I don't use it. I think if you use it a week you would notice a difference.
