There’s no sneaky ingredients....the ingredients that you see listed on Amazon is exactly what’s in the oil. Just read the full description and if you wanna know if you should buy it let’s just say I’m on my 6th bottle. Your welcome.

Question for manufacturer...can this be applied in the shower with or without body wash and rinsed off?

This is best used in shower or bath after rinsing off soap. Rub on wet skin or slightly patted dry skin. Keeps your skin soft and moist all day. I suppose you can rinse it off after rubbing it on but I wouldn’t recommend using it that way.

Can I use this as a lubricant

The SheaMoisture 100% Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Body Oil is designed to be poured into a warm bath to create a fragrant spa bath, or gently rubbed into skin after shower or bath to lock in moisture. We don't advise using this product outside of the recommendation on the label.

Can I put a little of this in my hair??

Yes it does wonders on your hair, I put it all over my body including "HAIR" just out on @ night and then rinse off in the morning
