Definitely smaller than other power banks I've had over the years. While it is still reasonably heavy, this probably comes with the territory - it's a battery charger after all so needs to pack a bit of a punch. I like the display on the front showing how much charge is in the actual power bank. What appeals to me most of all is the clever way in which the small cable clips into the small plastic holder to become a carrying handle. Good design idea. Charging speed is probably about average for this sort of device, but the battery, so far, seems to last quite well. A decent sized power bank overall, I think ideal for travelling.

I’m really impressed with this INIU 20000mAh power bank. Despite its high capacity, it’s surprisingly small and lightweight — perfect for travel, work, or everyday use. It charges my phone multiple times and still has power left over. The fast-charging feature works brilliantly — my phone and tablet both charge quickly, and I love that it has both USB-C input and output. The digital display showing the battery percentage is a great touch, so I always know how much charge is left. Overall, this is one of the best power banks I’ve owned. Overall this feels like a quality product and I’m sure it’ll last a while. But it is a chunky unit. This is not the small, light battery pack that you are looking for, to just toss in a handbag or pocket without noticing it’s there. Sure, all the dimensions and weight spec are on the listing but the images are a little misleading. They are definitely using “max” or “pro” sized phones to make it look smaller, and the images of a hand delicately clasping it between thumb and forefinger are a a stretch - yes you can do it, but it is too heavy for that to be a sensible way to hold it, it implies lightness, this isn’t a light object. But you are getting a lot of capacity for a reasonable price. I like having the short cable as part of the handle design. I’d have liked a protective pouch included as I’ve had on other packs but that’s no big deal. Buy this for what it is - a solid, decent capacity power bank - just don’t make my mistake and kid yourself it’s small and light.

First impressions: • Product looks well built. • Compact for a 20000 mAh capacity, but not enough to carry around with me daily. • Convenient LED which could possibly help in very unique circumstances. I would recommend this product.

Just what I needed as my current go to battery pack is too small to support my phone when I am out all day. The INIU 20000mAh power bank is the perfect size to fit in my bag and not too heave, like some brands. My husband has had an INIU 20000 battery pack for a couple of years now and it has been first class but is 1/3 bigger in both length and depth, so this new version is a great upgrade for me. Once he sees it I just know he will want to get one too!

Beautifully portable and delivers the charge needed. Recharging seem a bit slow but I just leave it to fully charge without monitoring how long, because it doesn't bother me. But it is sleek and ingeniously designed short charging cable double up as a "wrist holder"!

These power banks are just the ticket for when we were on our travels & had been quoted that charging device may be difficult for where we would be travelling !!! Brought two too as the Mrs would have used it more ?? Added bonus too with the built in light / torch which was great when needed ... I managed to charge my phone 4 times without any problems & still had charge left within the power bank & was made very easy with the built in cable & variable charging ports to recharge the power bank to top up when needed too , the design I feel is pleasing to the eye but a tad heavy in weight but if in a bag / sholder bag you wouldn't notice .. 10/10 all round .

All good but no USB A connection cable

Just the best power bank I’ve ever used. Travelling recently through multiple zones that used differing electrical sockets I brought a bag of cables and adapters, none of which I needed, just a USB-c outlet to charge power bank and two cables for my devices. The display showing remaining power percentage is very useful as is the cleverly designed lanyard cum USB-c cable.

Not the lightest but great bang for buck. Bringing it on the Tour de Mont Blanc this week so it will keep my devices charged and ready to go!
