Be really really stingy with this product. A single portion about the size of a small pea is enough per day. Smells a lot like Johnson's baby shampoo. I train with kettlebells and use chalk so my hands get pretty rough and dry, anyhow I find this works well for keep the hands supple.

This is great for your hands. A little bit goes a long way. It protects your hands and at the same time helps heal dry and chapped skin. I have been using this for years and would definitely recommend it over usual traditional hand creams and lotions.

It moisturizes without sticky residue or pore-clogging oils. They call it a hand moisturizer but it's great for any part of the body. The perfect product.
