Great product

Taste is too gross to continue using. I am used to using the creatine without HMB and have no issues with that creatine HOWEVER this product with HMB is just too chemically and gross tasting to keep using. It smells like paint, and while I’m not certain what paint tastes like I imagine this might be it. I tried diluting into a smoothie and that sort of worked. As for the benefits of using it I can’t say as I could only use it a week before giving up and going back to their regular creatine. Maybe you can handle the taste, best of luck.

First time trying this. Taste is terrible and makes me nauseated.

I heard good things about the combination of creatine and HMB so got this product. I had a hard time using it as it smells and taste horrible. I had to buy a drink flavor to add just to be able to down it. It also gave me headaches. My head felt like I had a lot of pressure every time I took it so I assumed it was the product. It starts about 5-10 min after. I think I’ll stick to regular creatine.

If you buy it get some Orange juice or Grape Juice to mix it with. Tastes horrible. On the flip side it does work.

So at 45 dollars there is a premium to this, especially for its size, but what makes this stand out compared to other creatine supps is its 3 ingredients. Creatine, HMB, and Astragin. The way Astragin works is that it helps the guy to absorb nutrients. This allows for better adoption of creatine and HMB. HMB helps to prevent muscle breakdown, which in combination with Creatine means you'll be able to perform better and get the gains where you need them. For the price, I'd see about creating my own stack with similar ingredients, but for convinience or the average person who doesn't care about the cost. It's extremely solid.
