The Ove Glove - Superior Heat & Flame Hand Protection - Pack of 1 Oven Mitt

The ove glove is the only oven glove I use while cooking. I have used many times and they still work just as well as when I bought them. They are a decent size and the material stretches so they can fit pretty much anybody. They are made from a thick, strong material so you can feel how great the quality is and know that you can touch the hot pans and not get burned. You can cook, grill, and bake pretty much anything with these gloves because the fingers are separated unlike in regular oven mits and there is little grips on them so it is easier to grab and use your hands and fingers to cook. I have washed and dried them a couple of times and they are still strong and i don't feel the heat while using them. After using these I will never use anything else, these are my go to kitchen glove.

This is the pack of one glove but they are also sold in a pack of two. I already had one I've used for several years so I bought this single glove to go with it for the times I need to use both hands. (An Ove Glove is the same on both sides so it will fit either hand.) They are roomy but still work fine with my small hands. They work like a good potholder but with a better grip, and protect the back of your hand and wrist. Like a regular potholder, the heat will begin to come through after a minute or two but they work well for kitchen, BBQ, etc. uses. They are also easy to use with a regular potholder if you need to hold something hot for a longer time; much easier than trying to hold two regular potholders together. The new glove I received (sold by Joseph Enterprises and shipped from Amazon) seems identical to my old Ove Glove, except the outer material seems a little looser knit, but that may be because my old one has been washed a few times. Unlike what some buyers experienced, my new one has the same tag and hanging loop just inside the wrist, and the packaging looks legit. Joseph Enterprises is the original manufacturer of the Ove Glove so they are a legit seller. Ove Gloves can be machine washed and air dried; don't use bleach or fabric softener. The package doesn't state this but there was a small paper insert with washing directions. They get excellent ratings on Consumer Reports and are a useful kitchen item. I've also ordered the pack of two to give for a gift.

These are a little bit large for my woman's hands, but I love that they have finger slots in them, so if I pull them down tightly, they work perfectly.

Love this glove! You get a firm grip on hot pots/pans and will not get burned! This is not your ordinary pot holder!

Great glove that fits my large hand with good wrist protection. I like it just be aware that they are sold as a single glove not a pair. This fact could be made clearer in the description.

We used this Ove glove while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. More than one cook and the glov R was perfect.

This is my second set of 2 my last ones I’ve had for many years but finally thought they were should be replaced. They never let heat through great protection and I throw them in the washer
