This WiFi extender has been very helpful in my house. Our wireless router is cellular based and on one end of the house, with this extender we are able to get better signal strength on the other side of the house. I even have better reception outside of the house than the regular wireless but to be fair the extender is plugged into an exterior wall. I haven’t tried any other devices but assumed I might have to buy a few and test them out before settling on the best one, this one is so good I do t need to try another extender. Also super easy to set up with the direction. Took maybe 2 minutes to be surfing with this connection!

Set this up in a few minutes and it made an immediate difference. My WiFi used to drop in the back rooms, but now the signal is strong and stable throughout the house. Speeds are still really good for streaming and video calls, and it’s been reliable with no random disconnects. Just make sure you place it halfway between your router and the weak spot for best results. Definitely worth it.

The HMTYQNB 2025 AC2100 WiFi Extender is a winner. Unlike the more popular brands that I've purchased in the past, it works right out of the box. I configured it with a laptop over a network cable which is my preferred method with all network devices like this. The price was midrange but the installation makes the purchase well worth it.

this product is made in CHINA for one, ifin I knew that id have never purchased it. Also the first one I bought in jan of 2025 worked till feb of 2026 and died out ot nowhere. I had it insured by asurion for 3 years and that was a joke seeing they never came threw but amazon did with a refund. This product has gone WAY WAY down hill. do NOT buy it,its not worth the hassle. Amazon will go after asurion for their $$$$$...Id rate this product MINUS stars if i was able.

So amazing this i bought because my router was far from me so i bought this and it works amazing i went from a 50 mbps download speed to 270mbps download speed i recommend this for anyone with a router far away from them.

Was a little sceptical at first considering the specs and price but so far works great! Setup was extremely easy and still supports casting to TV even though my phone is on my home WiFi and not on the extender.

The setup is really quick and easy. I've had it plugged in and running for 3 weeks now with zero issues or drops. I have it set up in an all metal shop building approx. 60' from my main router. Coverage seems perfect and I get only about 10mbps less than I do on my Router's WiFi. I purchased it to bring WiFi to the shop since the main router wouldn't reach thru the metal walls. This grabs the WiFi (thru the metal and the regular house walls) and gives me a great solution overall. Some thoughts: The unit is pretty big, physically, which probably helps it pull in signal but just wanted to point it out. The instructions are good, and make setup quick, but the print is really small, so you might need to take a pic of each page with your phone to be able to zoom in and easily read the text. (Note: This may just be signs of me getting old also lol)

Streaming used to be a frustrating experience for me with constant buffering, but now I can watch entire movies without interruption. Even during peak hours when my neighbors are online, the signal holds strong. I’ve noticed my smart TV loads apps much faster too. It feels like the whole streaming experience has leveled up and finally matches what I always expected from my internet subscription. This has become a must-have for my nightly movie ritual.
