The units are exactly the same in terms of CADR, size and room size coverage. The only difference is that the AirDoctor 2000i can be connected to a mobile device and controlled through an app.

No, one of the best capabilities about the AirDoctor 2000i is that it can be controlled from anywhere in the world.

How often do the filters need to be replaced?

The UltraHEPA filter lasts up to 12 months and the VOC Carbon filter lasts up to 6 months under normal use. But, you can track its life and receive replacement alerts all in the new app!
