Zaner Bloser Handwriting: Grade 2, Manual Paperback – January 1, 2000

If you want to understand what your child is having problems with this is the book for you! If you need to fix those problems this is the book.I never knew but there is a real system to teaching writing and this spells it out. Too bad so few schools use it .....I guess it's because they don't fall into anyone's political agenda.

I really enjoy how thorough this handwriting curriculum is and the variety of practice assignments it employs. The illustrations are bright and fun. Having used this with my older children, I really feel like it prepared them for learning cursive and the importance of having handwriting that is legible.

We've tried other handwriting books for this age group, but this one makes it the most fun & easy for our kids to learn with.

So far so good. Excited about jumping in with both feet.

I only posted 3 stars because I did not get the book with the turtle swimming on the cover. I got the one with the train on the cover. There are differences in these books. I thought I was purchasing the one as pictured...turtle swimming on the cover.

Wish the description said TEACHER manual. Wasn't quite what I needed for the kids.
