I really like these like these leggings for my daughter. I do not like the kahki ones. Just too close to being flesh colored. I bought the 12 month size for my 18 lb 27 inch daughter. They fit about right in the waist and do have a leggings look. Seems like she has about an inch of leg growing room. These are thin pants so I can see through the white ones to her onesie underneath and I wouldn't wear them when it's super cold unless you're layering them up.

I got it when my daughter was 9 months it fit her perfectly, now she’s 14 months and the size of a 12 month old it is just see through and super thin. She hardly got to wear them too. Don’t recommend these!
