Always fit well. Super comfy, just as good as the full length pants. I have two pair of the shorts and 3pair of the pants. Ace!

I originally bought a black pair of this same short from a different re seller..."G-STAR RAW Men's Rovic Zip Loose 1/2 Not Applicable Wide Short, Black (Black 990), 12 (Manufacturer size: 38)Sold by: WONXX £59.19"The fit was bang on so I decided to get another pair in a different colour but had to look for a different seller as there were no options with the original seller.Having found another seller offering the short with exactly the same description I ordered a pair... And they are too tight in the waist!If you offer up both pairs you can clearly see the original black ones are wider in the waist than the second green pair.Why?!I don't blame the seller at all but sizing issues like this drive me mad. It's bad enough that one manufacturer versus another can be so different (why does a 40cm waist in one fit as well as a 36 in another), but the same model from the same manufacturer... Give me a break :(I'm trying to drop some weight so the new pair can go into the pile of clothes I'm accumulating in anticipation. In the meantime I'll just wander about in my undies while the one pair that fits is in the wash :sigh:

Money well spent. I feel extremely good wearing these shorts. Thinking about purchasing a couple more in case they will be discontinued.
