Fisher-Price Baby Toy Purple Monkey Musical Storybook with Lights & Sounds for Infants & Toddlers Ages 6+ Months

We got this toy for our twins, and it quickly became one of their favorites. The songs are catchy (the Purple Monkey song stays in your head 😅), and the buttons are easy for little hands to press. What I like is that it keeps them entertained while also helping with sounds, music, and basic interaction. They smile, move their arms, and try to press the buttons every time it plays. It’s lightweight, colorful, and easy to take with us in the diaper bag. The only downside is that the songs repeat, so parents will hear them a lot — but honestly, seeing how much they enjoy it makes it worth it.

Our 6 month old loves this book. The lights and sound make her si happy. Her older sister has the larger Vtech version and is a little under two and still learning to share so this is a great book for her small hands. A really cute toys for younger babies. This is hands down the best toy I have bought my daughter. We have loved the purple monkey playmat since she was 2 weeks old, and now that she is older and sitting up on her own, she has been super into books. So to have this interactive book that actually sings the purple monkey song is PERFECT for her! She loves when she turns the page and her song starts to play, she will sit there and dance. The big yellow sun button is also great because she has been loving pressing buttons lately as well! All around 12/10, would repurchase and gift to a friend!

We love the purple monkey song I know she's going to outgrow the piano mat eventually so I love that we will still have the song in this book even after that. It's not too loud. Would be a great gift.

This is such a cute little book. My 8 month old granddaughter looks this book. The pages are thick plastic where she is able to turn the pages. The song that the book plays is a catchy tune and not annoying like some songs other books play.

My baby loves this song, I wish it sang the whole song but it’s still cute. My only real complaint is that it’s very quiet, there can’t be any other noise going on to be able to hear it

My baby girl loves this! The purple monkey is iconic. It’s a good size, durable, the sound is good. Keeps my girl entertained and she loved it for Christmas.
