This bottle of crushed red pepper changed food forever. It has just the right amount of heat, not too much, but not bland like your grocery store bottle either. But the flavor is amazing, especially when the bottle is freshly opened. I’ll never go without a bottle of thirst quality peppers. Hope to try the other flavors. We love a little spice in our food. I thought that it would be a great idea to get this super, spicy, flavoring for our food.We are always trying to find a bottle of spice that would give us the kick that we both want. When I found this four different kinds of super hot peppers, too include Arbols, Habanaros, Jalepinos, and for the best ingredient, ghost peppers, I was so excited. It is amazing and is just the right "wowza" that we desire for our foods. This is a fantastic gift to bring to a dinner invitation, along with something that will complement the spices, like Tequila! It's already a great price so bringing something else along with this Flatiron, Four Pepper Blend, is easy.

To me, this is much more interesting and flavorful than the typical crushed red pepper flakes. Does get a bit powdery when you are down near the end of the bottle.

Ever since we’ve encountered these chili flakes at some fancy-schmancy grocery store sometime ago, we couldn’t get enough of it. It’s beyond better than the supermarket versions which usually produced minimal to no heat. We like our foods spicy and while this wasn’t the hottest one by the manufacturer, it’s good enough for a variety of food although I like this the best on pizza. One dock off for the price point for being the most expensive chili flakes we have in our collection, and as spice fiends - we go through a bottle in no time which makes it pricey to reorder often.
