I have this on subscribe and save it’s wonderful. If you haven’t been eating as you want once you start taking this bare in mind it’ll take 3 months to restart your good bacteria fully. Make sure you take it with or before food. I waited the 3 months to give a full review and now it’s here. It’s been amazing seeing my body get back to how it used to be. Now I focus on eating correctly. I don’t put it in the fridge as it doesn’t state so I keep it in the cupboard. I try to start my mornings of with it. I did used to buy it from Holland and barrett but they stopped selling it . So I’m really happy it’s on Amazon as I buy almost everything from her

Good Internal Therapy
Potent multi spectrum probiotics with added herbal ingredients for comforting digestion and absorption of food. Populates the gut with healthy bacteria. I usually use Detox for supporting liver function. Arrived damaged but with liquid product intact. Will continue purchasing direct from supplier MicroBZ for more secure delivery plus customer offers.
