Topical only, so once you stop using the product, the whitening effect fades, but it does work.
REVIEW OF WHITE NOW ORIGINAL.I have damaged enamel and use a whitening toothpaste with enamel protector by a major brand. It's one recommended by my dentist, but tbh, I've not seen any improvement to either the colour of my teeth or the condition, so I was keen to try this brand out.Three weeks on, with 2 weeks' use and one week without, I've gotten used to the slightly weird tingly feel that persists for a good 20-30 minutes post-brushing on my tongue and inner lips, and I think that I can actually see a slight improvement to the colour of my teeth. Mine have a yellowy tint, not bright white, which I'll never get, but the yellow does seem less so. I must admit that the effect fades quickly - I stopped using this for a week and tried my old toothpaste again and noticed that my teeth appeared yellower again within a couple of days, hence the conclusion that the effect is only topical and temporary. the toothpaste is a bright blue, and it stains porcelain sinks, so make sure you rinse if off. However, this is cheaper than the brand I currently use (I wonder if the dentist gets paid to recommend this?) and though it's not specifically for enamel rebuilding, I've not had any issues with sensitivity since using this, so it may be a brand to consider, especially as my entire family has been happily using it, and without any of the tingling that I am still not used to.

Nice flavour, but otherwise nothing special.
I was initially alarmed at the dark blue colour of this toothpaste, but it fades to a pale blue as you use it. I don’t like strong minty flavours, so I found this milder taste more pleasant. However, there is an aftertaste that I liken to the dentist’s mouthwash, and - although this didn’t particular bother me - some may not like it. It cleaned my teeth well enough, but I didn’t notice any obvious whitening effect. One thing I did notice though, was that the tube seems to be more flexible than others I use, so if you tighten the top too firmly, the whole thing twists when you come to unscrew it.All things considered, I won’t be changing my regular brands.

Impressive.
There are so many whitening toothpastes on the market and I have tried most of them. This White Now is appealing to me as there is no bleach in the formula and has a pleasant taste. I think this is more effective when used with an electric toothbrush and I can see a discernible difference.Price wise it is comparable with my usual brand which is quite hig end but one that my dentist recommends. I am very happy with this toothpaste, pleased so far with the results and am happy to recommend if you like nice white teeth like me.

Minty fresh
I really like the feeling of having just brushed my teeth....and I really like trying out new toothpastes to see if that 'clean' feeling can be bettered....These new pastes from SIGNAL are fab - really good at cleaning and making my mouth feel super fresh and zingy.I also like the effect on my teeth - they do appear whiter, and brighter, but I suspect this is due to the blueness of the paste, which reflects light better so making the teeth appear brighter. Great for a red wine or coffee drinker like me.The taste is minty but not stingy - so overall rather lovely.Good value - recommended.

Whitening, but aftertaste is not very nice
I normally use Colgate whitening toothpaste so was interested to try this one. After I'd got over the shock of how blue the toothpaste is, it's actually okay. It does make your teeth appear whiter pretty quickly (i.e. after a couple of days' use); however the taste really isn't that nice. I know that it doesn't have to be, but there's a very unpleasant chemical aftertaste which I really don't like at all. This soon passes, fortunately.I was going to give this four stars for being quite good, but the aftertaste brings this back down to just 'okay' for me. Would be much better if not for the taste!

Toothpaste
I wanted this toothpaste to be the miracle product that does whiten in just one use (just as it claims on the packaging) but it is pretty much toothpaste. It tastes okay (reminds me of airwaves menthol chewing gum). The stuff is a deep blue with sparkles and leaves your gums a wee bit blue but doesn’t really whiten. I even used my charcoal toothpaste after this and saw a slight difference in whiteness.Didn’t find much difference between this and the “Men’s” version of the same product. Tasted and looked the same to me. Left my mouth fresh, isn’t unpleasant to use.

Wow!
I have only recently started using some of the Signal whitening toothpastes and have been genuinely impressed with their effectiveness. The blue light technology used in this range really works for me and I have noticed a huge improvement in the appearance of my teeth - they look so much whiter and I'm delighted. I'm pleased that the toothpastes do not contain any bleaching ingredients nor are they abrasive.Great product for teeth.
