My son is thrilled with this suitcase as he loves turtles. I was a little disappointed with the delay on delivery, but it arrived today. Unfortunately, it had a big sticker warranty label on the front pocket which has left a horrible sticky mark all over the front! I think it's going to attract fluff and dirt and end up looking awful all over the front! I'm really not impressed! I'm not sure if it's a genuine label and that's why it didn't peel off easily, as there aren't any others attached (just loose ones in the box) and the case wasn't wrapped in plastic or in a bag. Annoyingly, my son needs to use the case this week and he's really exited about having it, or I'd have sent it back for a refund.

Handles, zip handles, wheel inserts are a bright blue rather than the navy/purple look as per the picture. Looks very odd - not sure if a manufacturing error. CBA with the faff of returning but wanted to forewarn anyone else. Also, the pictured inbuilt lock for the keys is not present, instead keys need to be locked with a separate padlock. Overall pretty underwhelmed.

Really nice suitcase and no issues with it so far -already used for a few short trips. One downside was that the large label on the front left behind a really sticky residue when peeled off that has proven really difficult to remove. I have managed to get most of it off but it has taken quite some scrubbing with detergent to remove.

I ordered this suitcase because it looked perfect in the picture, HOWEVER once it arrived the box was bent and ripped, the suitcase had bright blue handles; zips and tag, unlike in the picture where it has purple. The suitcase also has NO lock on the side either even though its advertised in the picture! The material seems very flimsy and even though it a beautiful design and great size I'm going to have to send it back!
