Might need to replace your kingpin bolt
Great med-soft bushings, comes with washers and pivot cups! My kingpin bolt was too short, as the cylindrical bushing was a bit taller than the stock bushings that came on my cruiser. Went to home Depot got a couple of 2&1/4 inch long 3/8 wide #8 bolts. Good to go. Took a couple of days to break in but trucks handle real well after that.

Double check trucks before you buy
Got this for an old long board I got at the dirt mall (flea market) that had broken bushing. Worked great!

Pivot cup is huge, barrel bushing is tall.

Kinda cheaply made but they were inexpensive so you get what you pay for. The swivel piece didn't fit very well.
