How long does the battery last?

We sent this one back, when our power went out , yes it charged our phones but that was about all it did. The solar panel could have done that by itself. The power station wasn't powerful enough to help with much of anything else. Had to buy a bigger one

Can it Power a laser printer?

Idk see how many watts or volts the printers has and measure it

I am unable to get this to turn on. Is there some trick I am missing? I plugged it in and it is fully charged. However, the light doesn't turn on

I am not sure if this will help you. If the indicator is informing you that it is all powered up, press and hold the power button on the top of the NON-LIGHT SIDE of the generator. The digital battery should appear in the display. Once you see that battery, you then must turn on the power button to the section of the generator that you would like to utilize. FYI, if you use the light and turn it off, the generator itself is STILL on. You must also turn off the main power button on the NON-LIGHT SIDE of the generator. I hope this helps!!!
