Westek 20125 - FA200WBC - 16 Watt T4 Warm White Fluorescent Light Bulb, 17" Length

Some other customers wrote reviews because of dissatisfaction, but I am very happy with this light bulb. I bought it through Amazon from Light Bulbs Etc., Inc. They shipped it quickly and they packaged it with plenty of air cushions so that the light bulb would have stayed intact even if it was handled roughly. It works well and emits a pleasantly warm glow for a white fluorescent light bulb. Also, most hardware stores don't carry this length. I am so glad that my office desk finally has a working light bulb in it!

This light is for an armoire desk. I bought the armoire off Craig's list and got a great bargain on it but once the light burned out, I didn't know how to replace it. After going to Home Depot and an lighting store, I thought I was just out of luck. After a year of darkness, I tried again an managed to get a couple numbers off the old light. After a little searching, I found it. I read the reviews and some people received their bulbs broken but that didn't happen to me. Packaging was great and bulb was perfect. Will definitely buy again when this one burns out.

I was tired looking for this size in local stores and finally end up buying from Amazon. Product is fine, no problem. I think it is a scam by manufacturer to first launch the product with unique length and then take it off of market and then sell remaining parts with limited sellers and in high price. Local stores has almost all sizes lights / bulbs for under cabinet lights but this (17inch). BTW, I inherit these lights and have to replace the bulb after its life.

The bulb does not work. It started out with light going out when it was turned on. Now it doesn’t turn on at all. Bulb is just over one month old and is not often used

I bought my fixtures at Lowe's but they no longer carry these bulbs. I had a very hard time finding them. Finally found them on Amazon and ordered just one to be sure I had the correct bulb. This bulb is identical to the ones in my original fixtures except that the light output is more yellow than the original although the labels on the bulbs are the same. I did find some problems with this bulb at first. Upon installation, the bulb did not light up. After taking it out and putting it back in several times, I tried very gently pinching the ends together with pliers. That worked and the bulb lit up when installed, but it kept going out after a few minutes. I found that I just needed to twist it tighter and it now stays on. The bulb arrived extremely well packaged and in perfect condition from WRM Lighting.

We have a light permanently mounted on our desk. My Dad attached it with screws. When the light bulb burned out after 10+ years the last thing we wanted to do was take off the old one and then re-install a new one that would involve more damage to our desk's woodwork. Thankfully, when I did a search for the unit we had, this unit came up as a match. I can say that the light bulb fit ine in our FurnLite Model TF416 light fixture. I believe this was the only listing we could find on Amazon where the bulb's length matched what we needed AND the advertisement mentioned that it would work in our older light unit. We're super pleased it fit. Now let's hope this bulb lasts us for another 10 years!

I NEEDED THESE 3 LIGHTS TO REPLACE ONE THAT WENT OUT. I DIDNT WANT TO BUY ON LINE FOR DAMAGE POTENTIAL IN THE MAIL. ALL 3 LIGHT UP BUT NOW THE FIXTURE DOESNT WORK. FOR ME THE WESTEK FIXTURES STOP WORKING AS OFTEN AS THE BULBS. ALTHOUGH THESE ARE THE ONLY FIXTURES THAT ARE HIDDEN BEHIND THE CABINET LIP THEY HAVE BIG ISSUES. CANT FIND BULBS LOCALLY AND FIXTURES NOT RELIABLE. 3 STARS FOR LOW PROFILE ONLY.

Got this really quick. It was a little challenging to install but only due to the location if the light fixture itself. But it would brilliantly (no pun intended) and the color of the light is perfect.

wasn't even a westek bulb that was sent, didn't even last two weeks, should replace with right bulb

This light bulb did fit into my lamp but didn't work at all.
