Not bad at all. Sounds like it should.
Really cool and plays well. Great sound and the price is hella low. Get it!

Fantastic. It's a novelty uke, so not expecting greatness. It comes with a cool box, little gig bag, and instructions for exposre for the glow-in-the-dark one. No dings in the finish. It took 3 passes kf all 4 strings to tune, but it is super cold out. This is what I expected, and it's cheaper through Amazon than anywhere else online. I would dig hanging this up on the wall when it's not being played.👽🛸🎸🤘

Give the strings a workout and time to settle or change them. More than a toy.
This is sparkly blue cuteness. It had places around the base of the fretboard and the ‘chin’ where the finish is cracked or scuffed but not too noticeable. There are no fret markers on top but there are side dots ar 5, 7, and 10 frets. The strings are REALLY stretchy and will take days of playing and tuning to settle. Action is low. A few of the frets could use some filing on the edges. With these strings it has a Sort of sharp and jangly tone...which some people like in a uke, but I might go to fluorocarbons to mellow it out. Be aware that a listener sitting in direct line of the sound hole is going to hear a much nicer tone and sustain than you do. It only seems to project that full tone for a very limited arc...like an old TV that goes out of focus if you sit to the side. Looking inside, there is a wood block to support installing a strap button if you had to have one. Gig bag is not padded and has no pocket. I don’t think I’d want it to be my only uke, but it is fun and playable. Beach party uke for sure!

The bridge flew off
The item arrived with obvious flaws in the paint. Clicking sounds could be heard as you were tightening the strings to pitch. As it finally reached around the correct pitch, the bridge flew off and landed in another room. The bridge appeared to be held on with two rusty screws and maybe a little glue. The tone that this instrument had before it broke was pretty bad.I know it is listed for $10, but it is listed for around $50 other places. With the price, I shouldn't have expected much. Still, I am happy I didn't buy this from another place.

Great fun ukulele!
I bought the green one for my dad and the blue for me. Stays in tune after the strings are stretched. Great little uke for a great price. Would recommend to others. I hope to make a YouTube review after Thanksgiving.

It is as expected
The uke came quicker than I expected and arrived well packed. Aside from some minor roughness around the eye holes that is really only noticeable when looking down while playing, the uke looks exactly as it is shown in the picture. Yes it does glow in the dark. In terms of looks, I am entirely satisfied with this.It took a few hours of playing before it would stay in tune for longer than 20 mins. In my 9 years of playing, ive found this is a common occurrence with Mahalos or any other uke that has a finish/paint job like this. As the uke is not a traditional shape, the sound is not as full as say a rose wood/mahogany uke in the same price range. Due to the shape, it doesn't fit in the travel case I have for my other ukes, however a travel bag is provided to you. My minor issue with the travel bag is that I like travel bags with shoulder straps and a pocket for my capo and tuner. The bag is very basic and not padded which makes my clumsy ass nervous. With all this in mind, I would reccomend this uke to someone who a) enjoys the novelty of it and b) is willing to sacrifice a little bit of sound quality for the novelty of it. However, if you are someone who isn't going to be happy with a uke unless it sounds absolutely flawless, this, or any other uke that has a coloured/painted finish is not for you and I would reccomend getting a solid mahogany uke.Tl;drAll and all, this uke is exactly as advertised and the very thing that is its set back (it's different shape, the glow in the dark paint job, the material it is made out of) is the very reason it is enjoyable to play despite the sound not being as full as a traditional mahogany uke.

Love unique ukuleles like this
This is a super cute, fun novelty uke.. My daughter thought it was amazing but the shape threw her off a little, and she finds she plays the last string a little harder than the rest. Kind of a non issue though.

Design simpatico
The media could not be loaded.
