EMBNN Resistance Loop Exercise Bands, Premium-Quality Workout Bands Include eBook, Manual, Set of 3 & 5

This is my second purchase of bands like these. These sorts of bands are affordable but don't last forever. Still, I recommend for the price and the benefits. These are a great way to tone, especially if you don't have access or room for weights or if you have limited mobility. I personally incorparate them into my regular workouts. Youtube has several exercise videos that use bands if you need inspiration.

These are ok. They slip off which makes me have to be extremely cautious when using them. Oh, and get ready to be emailed by EMBNN fitness a couple of times a week if you purchase this product. It feels like spammers.

I'm pretty upset with this purchase. Usually, I am better with looking at product reviews but this one had none and I see why now. They are ok if you do not have to wear them on your thighs. If you are looking for ones to wear, these are not them. They are difficult to put on due to immediate rolling, roll up during use, and are hard to straighten out once rolled. I tried out all of them, and in different pairs of pants. I can't believe I was actually excited to receive them. I don't recommend.The only time I will continue to use these are for archer pulls. That is all. Not worth the money I paid.

Does the job, good price. But I wouldn't buy again. I'd spend more for 4" bands. These twist, bunch, gather, slip too easily.

Great product and service from the seller. Everything was received exactly as described in the product description, everything there.The bands are very durable, easy to use. I'm a big guy, yet I battle chronic pain daily. No gym membership, so these bands are excellent and I use them at home almost daily. Great for workouts and/or physical therapy.One should read and follow the instructions before using. Too, it helps to watch a video on YouTube.

Love these Have been needing and used the other night and felt the resistance and results a bit that next day. So easy convenient to bring anywhere and comes with a hook to keep them organized to take anywhere and not have to fumble in a bag for each one

I have been searching for an elastic band that can help me exercise my neck due to having 4:6 herniated discs in my neck alone. This was clearly not made for that. I’ve yet to come across the elastic band that can be used to strength the neck and is equally comfortable to work with?! So it has nothing to do with being a bad product it’s just wasn’t meant to be used the way I needed!

I like the variety of bands for this set. And as you can see it all fits in the bag. The instructions have different ways to use the bands if you have never used bands before.I thought these were strips rather than circle bands. But they work well regardless for what I need.
