Everyday SEL in High School: Integrating Social-Emotional Learning and Mindfulness Into Your Classroom

I ordered what I thought was for High school students and there must’ve been a misprint, since my copy is all about elementary children. Please advise, thank you!

Great framework for working with students. I especially appreciated the tailored activities for secondary learners and how flexible they were when I started using them in my classroom. This book really helped make SEL more tangible for me and my students.

I purchased three books from the author on "Everyday SEL," the elementary, middle school, and high school books. The High School book was not leveled to that age group, although the author indicated she had taught Secondary school. The information is mostly the SAME as in the elementary and middle school books. In fact, the Daily SEL scheduled on page 55 looks like it is for Early Childhood! (I did not purchase that book.) While some of the strategies are universal, it appeared as if the same text was used in three versions to sell more copies of the book. Disappointing that it could not be differentiated by grade/age level as that is why I purchased it.
