I have not seen or used this kind of product before, the closest I have come is using greaseproof, so this is a new experience. The paper is quite thick and it resists moisture and grease quite well, and I like that it is on a roll as you just cut the amount you need without unnecessarily wasting any. I initially wanted it to separate multi packs of burgers before freezing so I can just take out 2 each time. It has worked well for this and I can see myself using this for lots more in the future.
