Expensive – no, not when you see what it can do for making a dust pickup system.
I bought the 4”x2” version to use on my band saw and was surprised to see that the I.D. was greater than expected (actual: 4-3/8” and 2-1/4”) but rugged as it is, it easily clamped on the port. Another bonus for me was that the 2” side will easily slide over a 2” schedule 40 PVC pipe and even up to a 2-3/8” wand extension! Sure makes matching band saws and table saws to various sized pipes cheaper by reducing the need for special sized connectors.

Excellent dust Port!
Purchased this for my 4” dust port on my Grizzly band saw. It attaches perfectly to my shop vac hose. I like the flexibility of the port and the ability to clamp it snuggly to the saw port as well as the shop vac hose. This flexible feature cuts down on the amount of sawdust that would otherwise be lost with a standard plastic port.
