Good for fine hair, does not weigh it down
It's a rare day when I use conditioner on my fine, thinning hair but this Bay Leaf Peptide Conditioner by Orlando Pita Play looked promising. The first thing I did upon receiving this conditioner was to make sure it didn't have any silicones in it, because silicones can cause buildup, and end up making the hair look limp and dull. No silicones, good deal. Also no parabens or PEGs, which I appreciate very much. This conditioner is very nice to use although I did suffer a moment of disappointment when I couldn't smell bay leaf in it. The scent of this conditioner comes from added fragrance, which smells mainly floral with a hint of musky warmth. It's actually a lovely fragrance, though it's quick to dissipate once the product is rinsed out. After using this conditioner for about a week now I can say that I do like it, it doesn't make my hair flat like so many conditioners. Instead, it left my hair shiny and smooth, and during styling I was impressed by how much volume I was able to get.The formulation contains Bay leaf, rosemary, tea tree oil, and Argan oil all of which are purported to be able to stimulate hair follicles. I don't expect that this conditioner will make my hair grow, but it's enough that the immediate result of using it is pleasing. It's currently selling for $14.99, and I think that's a good deal for its clean formulation and how well it works.

Doesn't weigh hair down, otherwise not very thickening - but leaves hair soft
[ITEM]: ORLANDO PITA PLAY Bay Leaf Peptide Conditioner For All Hair Types, Supports The Appearance Of Fuller & Thicker Hair, Designed To Reduce The Visual Signs Of Hair Shedding And Fallout, 16.9 fl. oz.[MFG]: AX BEAUTY BRANDS GLOBAL LLC[UPC]: 850058109084[ASIN]: B0DDLFGRD6[INGREDIENTS]: Water / Aqua / Eau, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Cetrimonium Chloride, Fragrance / Parfum, Panthenol, PPG-3 Benzyl Ether Myristate, Laurus Nobilis Leaf Oil (Bay Leaf), Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Squalane, Hydrolyzed Quinoa, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Hydrolyzed Barley Protein, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3, Trifolium Pratense (Clover) Flower Extract, Amaranthus Caudatus Seed Extract, Serenoa Serrulata Fruit Extract, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Butylene Glycol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Citric Acid, Dextran, Ethylhexylglycerin, Glycerin , Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine[HAIR BACKGROUND]: I have fine hair that’s been made worse because of a long bout with anemia, so I’ve been throwing everything at it I can to get it as healthy and full as possible. I usually avoid conditioners with oils or strong scents because they tend to make my hair look greasy and weighed down. So, I was a bit hesitant when I realized I had ordered the conditioner, instead of the shampoo, by mistake. However, my primary concerns turned out not to be issues.[SCENT AND TEXTURE]: I normally don’t use conditioners with oils in them because I find they make my fine hair look greasy and weigh it down. I also mostly avoid conditioners with tea tree oil or peppermint because they aren't my favorite scents (I’ll use them for shampoo, but I like to finish with something softer in scent). That said, this conditioner has a very mild smell that I find completely unobtrusive.[RESULTS]: It leaves my hair super soft without weighing it down, which is a big plus. However, it doesn't seem to add any volume at all. Maybe it improves your hair with continued use, so I may feel different about it at some point. I’ll try to update if I do. For now, all I can say is that its “volumizing” quality seems limited to simply not weighing your hair down too much – which is a commendable trait on its own.[FINAL THOUGHTS]: Overall, this conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft and light, but I haven't noticed any significant volumizing effects yet. I'll continue using it to see if there's any long-term improvement. Minus a star for not quite living up to the thickening/volumizing claim, but it’s still a solid choice for soft, manageable hair.

Pleasant smell, light texture, full hair
This was my first time trying a 'peptide' conditioner and also a product from this brand. For reference, I have 1b type hair that's prone to breakage and I do have a fair amount of fallout. The conditioner arrived safely packaged and was without leaks or damage. It is 16.9f oz in size.My impressions:- the smell is pleasant, herbal and unique; you definitely get the bay leaf notes- there wаs a protective plastic stopper around the pump to prevent accidents/accidental pumps- the pump works reliably well and it is easy to get the product out quickly- the texture of the shampoo is creamy but not heavy/oily; it does not feel heavy when applying and hair does not feel/look weighed down after it has dried- I do feel like my hair has more body and is more naturally voluminous; it looks "healthy clean"- Like many people with my hair type, I only apply conditioner on the shafts of my hair (and a bit heavier towards the ends) and not on the roots therefore, I am not sure if those applying conditioner on their entire head would see more benefit in terms of hair growth over timeOverall, this is a quality and effective conditioner that does not weigh down the hair.

Lightweight and Great Smelling
This conditioner is one of the nicest I have used in a good long while. The scent is fantastic. I feel it is almost woodsy and not at all floral or overwhelming. The pump is easy to use and it dispenses an adequate amount of product with each press. I found the conditioner to be hydrating and lightweight. I have fine hair and it did not weigh it down. I don’t really feel my hair is thicker at all but it is hydrated and looks nice and shiny after use. Overall, this is a great conditioner that smells great and leaves one’s hair looking shiny and healthy.

Good size bottle of conditioner, smells neutral, keeps hair soft
This conditioner has a light scent, which is nice, not overpowering. Just natural. The shea must be what keeps my hair softer after using it. A good value for what you get.

My thick curly hair loves this!
This is a really nice conditioner with a great fragrance and is a nice break from my go-to name brand conditioner. I have long, thick, curly hair and my hair loves this stuff. It has a thick consistency compared to many other brands, but it is easy to work into your hair and rinses out easily without leaving a waxy residue on my hair.I comb it through while it is still in my hair to get it evenly distributed and rinse. I let my hair dry overnight, and in the morning it is so soft and doesn't tangle.
