Update.. The company surprised me when they reached out to me and gave me a full refund, I did not contact them . So that was VERY a nice of them, I was really shocked. Didn’t even think if returning it or seeking refund since I opened it. So I thank them for that! Here’s what happened and my review, I mixed with milk and iced coffee. I used half a scoop. It has very very dark chocolate, almost bitter, taste. Had to add sweetener, Hard to dissolve with just spoon stirring it in, kind like cocoa powder the way it just floated on the surface. Guess it needs a blender. I have IBS so maybe that’s why it gave me bad reaction. Had some bms first day, second day had full blown attack, stomach cramps, nausea, the runs, complete emptying. in the bathroom for about 2 hours straight. Sorry to be graphic but if you have IBS use less than a half scoop. Use caution, or don’t use..

I like it. I’m down 30lbs. I put it in my coffee when I get up and I don’t get hungry for a long time. Works great at suppressing appetite. I’ve been able to go 24hrs without food several times, couple times I just went on a 48, usually I fast 18:6 but I’ve breezed past 18 a few times and haven’t even noticed. I’m using this twice a day, once when I get up and then one more time halfway thru the day. I was apprehensive because most of the negative reviews complained about flavor, but I think it’s fine. I just add a scoop to a cup of black coffee, tastes good to me. I’ve never tried it in plain water so don’t know about that. It’s worth the money for sure, I’m totally satisfied with it, and the results!

Easy to use, tastes good. I"d give it 5 stars but had a bit of heartburn occasionally. But combine with coffee and you have some Keto coffee. You can add some MCT oil too.

Edit: I’m editing my review…it was a bit rocky but when you are in discomfort from issues it is difficult to be in a decent mood with others. They worked with me but this product just did not work with my particular body chemistry. It cause severe constipation. Be cautious when using this or any product as honestly anything we digest has the potential to have a negative impact on our digestive system. I know for me it was this product as it was the only change to my diet …and wow did it hit quick and painfully. If you have not used this product before start with just the single container…see if it works for you. If it does great then go for the multi pack…if not then you are not stuck with containers that you can’t use. It is extremely bitter, I tried combining it with my protein shakes (various flavors) and I tried it with my coffee with some creamer. If I had seen any evidence of weight loss and had not been hit with painful severe constipation i may have been able to force myself to drink it but no weight loss and then the other issue on top of it made it a huge no for me. I will say thankfully this company did work with me on the issue and I am happy with how it was resolved. Original review: I bought this in the 4 pack…really hoping it works. Right now I am gagging it down…I was going to mix this with milk but someone used up the milk overnight. Mixed with water it is not creamy at all. It is extremely bitter. My first sip I literally gagged. If it works I will be able to tolerate the awful taste. If it works I will come back and adjust the number of stars but right now it is only threes stars for the false claim of it tasting great. Those who claim it taste great more power to you for being able to enjoy this awful tasting stuff…cough syrup tastes better.

I would not recommend this product! The taste is horrible probably because it has Stevia in it. I do not like Stevia, it leaves a very bitter aftertaste in your mouth that you can’t get rid off. Wished I had read the ingredients closer. Besides that, it is an expensive product and once you open it, it cannot be returned. If you are looking to buy BHP, I would recommend the capsules, then you don’t have to worry about the taste. Anyway, this product is/was disappointing and I am out a chunk of money!!

I'VE USED THIS PRODUCT MANY, MANY TIMES AND IT REALLY WORKS NO LIE--I ALWAYS LOOKED FOR DIET PRODUCTS WASTED MONEY 100'S OF DALLORS BUT THIS ONE IS REAL--EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT LOOK LIKE I HAD THIS MUCH WEIGHT ON ME BECAUSE I'M 5'9 AND THIN FRAMED THE WEIGHT WAS ALL IN MY BELLY--SO I WEIGHED 207--NOW I WEIGH 154 AND STILL LOSING WHEN I CAN GET THE PRODUCT WHICH I JUST DID--I PLAN TO GET TO 150 THEN STOP--BUT TO STILL DRINK IT TO MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT
