OMRON C102
The nebulizer works great, delivering a fine mist for inhalation that’s comfortable and quick. The nasal shower is a huge bonus for clearing congestion, especially during allergy season. It’s also compact and easy to clean, making it simple to maintain. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the compressor is a bit on the noisy side, but it’s not overwhelming and doesn’t cause major disruption. Considering how well it works, it’s a small trade-off. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the performance and effectiveness of this nebulizer. Highly recommend it for anyone needing reliable respiratory care at home!

Not too noisy and easy to use
The unit is quite small has a footprint less than an A4 sheet. It’s a compressor so it is noisy but not too noisy in my view; I can use it and still watch tv. The hose is a comfortable length, but arrived coiled so it was straightened after warming it in hot water. I got this as steamers are not safe for me but I have sinus problems. This is a day one review with a couple of uses so I’ve no idea on any long term qualities. The nebulised saline solution, bought separately, seems to be working on my sinuses.

Good machine
Good machine with one general sort of mask over the nose and mouth. And one which is design for one nostril only (I’ve mostly used that one) which allows you to focus on the issue at hand. I removed one star, cause this thing is loud. But other than that, great equipment which is really easy to use

This machine works wonders.
Nebulisers cause a liquid - be it a saline solution or a medicine - to turn to vapour so it can be breathed in easily.I used this machine to help clear a long standing problem with thick and viscous mucus. It's so easy to use. It comes with two sizes of mask -adult and child - and a direct inhale which you put into your mouth. . It also has a nasal spray attachment so you can clear out your sinuses. You can, of course, 'nebulise' your inhaled medication, if that's what you have been prescribed b y your doctor, but I just use it with sterile, isotonic saline (which you can buy online) this helps to loosen and lubricate any sticky mucus which you are having trouble clearing. The nasal spray can give you a good sinus wash out too. When the package arrives the nebuliser main body just needs the tube attaching. I worked the whole thing out without reading the instructions but if you are unsure then make sure you read the clear details which are provided. You can choose to use the mask, or the direct inhaler which you put into your mouth. I just squeeze one small vial of isotonic saline into the chamber and then switch on. It's that simple. You will inhale a cool, fine mist. It lasts a few minutes for one vial, for me this is enough to encourage a good cough. If you have a recognised medical condition, please consult your GP before purchasing and using. (you may find that you qualify for a machine on the NHS) If you have a child this machine would be idea for relieving congestion, though the compressor is a little noisy and might startle. Thoroughly pleased with it, a sturdy, professional bit of kit. Please be sure to follow cleaning instructions of the mask etc once you have used it.

Very useful
I never expected it to be silent because it’s a compressor. Noise is reasonable. To those who says it’s noisy. Well compressors do that. So what can I say. Works really well. And it’s not made in china!Made it Italy! 🇮🇹We use a lot of Omron products in the NHS and they are really good.

Could be Better
I am re-writing this review because, despite my initial praise, several issues are now making me reconsider this purchase. 1. The tubing is 100cm in length - just too short for any practical use; you need to be sat right next to the machine. It prevents turning away, leaning across, and I have pulled the nebulisation chamber and mask unit apart in doing so. Also, Omron DO NOT supply longer tubing, thereby leaving one to take a chance on 3rd party suppliers (I am now awaiting my 2nd replacement tube and mask set (Wonder) with the first (Stayprotech) breaking where the tubing connects to the chamber!. 2. The mouthpiece-style inhalation unit has no exhalation valve - this means that, if like me, breathing out through the nose is nigh to impossible, then it is hard work trying to inhale the medication/saline as well as exhale: by the end of the session I question how much medication/saline I have actually taken in (I'm looking at the Pari Boy, as this uses a valved mouthpiece). So, why not use the mask? 3. I prefer using a mask but the 'adult' mask provided is really only suitable for a large child, as it doesn't go over the chin; but the real issue is the poor quality - it is permanently misshapen and refuses to be molded straight. 4. The nebulisation chamber is unusually large, easily comes apart in use, and is actually noisier than the machine itself, which is surprisingly quiet for a nebuliser. I will keep the unit as a spare and look elsewhere; probably Pari Boy Classic - although a lot more expensive!
