We tried it a few times but it really didn’t work. Plays for a while then stops. Very small, sound quality when it did play was not that good.

I love the idea and the design of this box, I do wish there was an option to keep it on longer when desired though. The ocean is my favorite place but this didn’t bring me there. Most of the waves were so soft, and I barely heard a seagull sparingly sprinkled in there, which I adore and makes it sound more real, so I would crank the volume to max because I could barely hear it.. but then there is a singular wave crash periodically tossed in there that is SO loud that it sounds frightening and not at all pleasant, and I have to rush to turn it back down, and repeat. Since there’s no way to even out the volume level, I’ll be sticking to the bird box option, which luckily is my 2nd favorite place to be. Outdoors listening to the birds. That one sounds beautiful. I also wish there was a way to keep that one longer as well. Harder to relax having to activate the motion sensor every 90 seconds. I’ll probably try rigging something to trigger the sensor for me so I can enjoy the sound long enough to drift off.

not a bad little sound machine.The sound quality isn't perfect, but it does a decent job. The volume is decent and it works wirelessly, so you can charge it and take it with you wherever you need the beach

I put this in my ocean themed bathroom so that when people come in, it will start making ocean sounds. It lasts for about two minutes and will start up again if the person is still in there and moving. This also helps to distract someone if they are in the bathroom and feeling ill since it redirects their attention.

I was disappointed by the sound quality and strange scent of this device, which I think was meant to smell like the ocean but was strong and like an unpleasant perfume. The motion activation works well but overall would not recommend this unit.

Works well. Every time I pass in front of it, I get to hear ocean waves, and a few seagull cries. Price point is about double what it should be.
