Schmeckt echt gut, sonst ist Gerstengras schwer runter zu kriegen aber durch die Blaubeeren da drin schmeckt es echt gut. Ich tu noch eine Banane, einen halben Apfel und so ein Vitamin Sirup mit allen Spurenelementen dazu, dann hab ich alles in einem für den ganzen Tag was ich brauche. Ich mein auch, dass es tut was es soll, bringt Verdauung in Schwung ect. Zwei Sterne Abzug, weil ich es für die Menge einfach zu teuer finde und ich nicht weiß, ob ich sowas regelmäßig kaufen würde und weil vom Gerstengras etwas zu wenig drin ist, wenn man auf zwei Teelöffel umsteigt hat man die Tüte dann echt schnell leer.

Gets things moving in the morning! Definitely has a detoxifying effect. I mix a heaped table spoon with orange juice and have it before eating anything else in the morning. The powder is tasteless, maybe a slight fruitiness to it hard to tell when it’s mixed into orange. I’d buy again!

One of my all time favorite finds for this detox recipe. I love when there’s an easy to use product for something on the fringe of health. One of the easiest ways to optimize your health in the short term and get some momentum going in your health change. My wife loves the taste of the smoothies I make at home and I noticed it’s best in the morning, because it really does seem to pull some stuff out of your system throughout the day.
