I use for boxing and it is solid. Liked it so much I ordered another. I would recommend getting 1 size down if you are in between. I wear XL is almost everything, but like how snug the L fits me. (6'2, 240).

This product is legit ! I just started in BJJ and this is perfect for any martial arts and swimming too ! Im not sure if it helps to repel the UV tho.

It does what it's supposed to do. Protect you from mat rash. However, it's not very comfortable. It's very tight in places where it shouldn't be. The sticking sticks out and rubs on the inside. It also has started to fray at the stitches after 6 washes. It's 20$ so it is what it is, but for 15 more bucks you can avoid all these inconveniences.
