I am very happy with the product. It fits perfectly into my fireplace which I do not use. I like that it comes with a remote but even better that you can set up WiFi and use your phone as a remote. On the app you can set up a timer to automatically turn on at a specific time. You have control on the temperature, crackling sound and can change the colors of the embers. It heats up the room and works well. As a precaution I always unplug the device when I am not there to monitor it. It looks and feels so cozy. Would recommend.

We waited twice as long for it to arrive because it was "lost" only for it to arrive with the blower making a weird noise and the doors very uneven, making it the metal scrape at the top. Not worth $350! This should never have been shipped out like this. Very disappointing for our hard earned $ to be spent on poor quality.

The media could not be loaded. I live in an apartment and miss having a fireplace. I bought this electric fireplace in Hunter green and I love it. The heater helps warm the room up quickly on cold mornings. I no longer have to wait hours for the base board heater. Also love the ambiance created by the very realistic flames and sounds. The size is perfect for the room. Just take it out of the box and plug it in.

This heater was great and doing his job and now the heat is disabled and I’ve tried to reset it by unplugging it and it won’t kick the fan on. I’m bummed because it was really working great and now my house is freezing and I can’t find any information on how to troubleshoot it.

We bought this electric fireplace in the green for my husband's study. The green is a deep hunter green, and is really gorgeous. This heater warms a room that is roughly 10 x 12 very nicely. It comes with a remote control, but we have found that our remote works only at certain angles - you really have to point it just right and (oddly) with the door to the fireplace open. There is a crackling noise that can be on/off; we typically have it off as it does not sound to us like a proper crackling fire, but is a nice option. The flames are fun and fairly natural looking. My favorite part is how well it really heats the room...the settings go from about 64 degrees well up to 84 degrees. I love the look and functionality of this fireplace.
