This is so beautiful and poignant. A tale of regeneration in the land of broken things with hope for change.The images are beautiful and the use of colour very effective and makes you pause that little bit longer on each page.This book needs to be read a few times for little ones to fully grasp the concept but we enjoyed it.

Beautiful book with an amazing message.

What a beautiful book. We got it from the library and now I'm buying it for my little girl as I don't want to be without it. To me it's a story of regeneration and change, and about waiting for transformation. It's sparsely worded but sometimes with pictures books I find that means we find so much to talk about during and after reading it. It's quite an emotional read but I like that, we have many fun books and sometimes it's nice to read something that makes us thoughtful and reflective.
