Love the product
The product doesn't seem to be genuine JBL still the voice quality is good when record. But doesn't have noice cancellation. You need to be in a quiet area to distract surrounding noice. The product is good at all.

Performance is reasonable for the price. Wire is thin though and may grt damaged soon even with the slightest rough use. Sound slightly less as compared to higher brand products.

Audio quality worse than inbuilt phone MIC
Audio quality is even than the recording without it. Phone inbuilt mic gives better quality. Not getting recognised by laptop. Perhaps it's bad piece. Ordered for replacement.
