100 Animal Quest Color By Number (Black Backgrounds)

I have been a long-time fan of Sunlife Drawing, but most of the quest books I have worked in contain their 22 color palate. This book, however, is a collection of quest books that have a 12 color palate, so I wasn’t sure how I would feel about the simplicity. I am pleased to say that I loved it! It was nice to do something a bit easier and quicker than what I am used to. Some pages are still somewhat time consuming, but others can be done in what feels like a fraction of a time compared to regular quest books. This was very satisfying, and I’m so glad I have a mix of detailed and simpler books now. This book is all animals, which is cute. I do like that there is diversity among the animals - babies, animals in love, regular animals, and Christmas animals. I appreciate how the pages alternate so that you get a mix as you work through instead of all of a certain book’s pages together at once. It also makes it so you never quite know what you will end up with. I love trying to guess the final result as I add color by color! The new colors did take some time to adjust to because they are different than the 22 colors I’m used to, but the colors needed for each page, along with their corresponding number, are (as always) printed on the left page, since each illustration is single-sided (which I am so grateful for! It makes the book a bit thick, but you don’t have to worry as much about bleed through or transferring onto neighboring pages). The colors are super common, which is nice, and I adjusted well. Overall, I highly recommend this book and really enjoy working with it. Sunlife Drawing does a great job of releasing high-quality mosaic/quest books that produce a clearly defined final image that looks nice. I highly recommend this collection book. It’s a great value!

Love love love it!!! So worth it to relax! So many pictures to do. Get it!! You won't be disappointed. I find that gel pens works best for these types of books.

I got this while recovering from surgery and this worked really well to get me through it. Highly recommend this

I suppose if you are young and have great vision - or a powerful magnifying glass - this is a very clever and interesting collection of pictures. But I could barely make out the small numbers printed on the pages and finally gave up. You would also need very fine markers or pencils to color in the indicated spaces, so keep this in mind if you decided to try it.

It’s such a great book. Large shapes to color in. Easy to see and read. Pictures are great when completed. Please make more of these. Love the black background. I highly recommend this book! Sunlife knows what it’s doing! Update: completed this entire book. Best book ever!

You should get markers to ho with as I found the pencil crayons hard to color unless really sharp.
