How to Create Resin Charms and Pendants

Interesting little book.I looked in horror at the wonderful artwork and thought "I cannot do that in a million years!"However, after reading on (despite reservations about if this was realistic) I found to my pleasure involves a sort of cheating /borrowing of images and felt this was actually achievable.This is a clear and concise set of instructions and advice written in a really helpful and simple way. I think that quite a lot of people interested in crafts for business or just for making some unusual jewellery for themselves and for presents could get really involved in this. I certainly plan to try this out.I wonder if online sources of materials should have been included. It is extremely hard, if not impossible for rural people to obtain supplies and therefore many are prevented from doing so many things and make these things available to them.

I was looking for a easy to read and a read that was right to the point with direction and what things were needed and thats exactly what I got. My son is lost at sea his boat went down this year in November as A result I have no ashes ,no body, but I do have some of his hair from a haircut and want something I can make a pendant or Keychain with some of his hair combined with a picture and Now I can try it out

I found this short guide very informative as an absolute beginner. IReading it gives me enough confidence to try something new.

Thanks for the taking the time to put your tips onto paper. Just bought resin and molds. Have not tried making anything yet. Glad to know it's not a super complicated process.

There wasn’t much information. What was there was accurate but the entire book wasn’t a great deal of help. You would know what was in there before you began a project.

Good beginner info. Except for the use of a popsicle stick for stirring. That helps create more bubbles. Nice pictures.

Simple to follow instructions. Clear and precise. Trouble shooting tips included. Beautiful examples by author. Great suggestions on vessels for resin art.

This book is nice. Not a lot of details, just the basics. Which makes it great for newbies. I would recommend this for people that have never worked with resin. Others move on to more advanced books.

It is a great beginners guide and it is free so can't knock it. It doesn't really explain anything that isn't overly obvious though and the half and half ratio is dependent on brand of resin so read your own mixing instructions not these. It would be nice to have info on creating free form pendants not just filling breaks but as I said, this costs nothing hence the 5 stars.

Found this book very informative, easy to follow and good ideas. Given it 5 stars it deserves. Will read over and over.

A bit disappointed by this it was more like a pamphlet than a book.Easy to understand with some good ideas.
