I finally broke down and got a rollator, I just wish I had done it sooner! We did have to put it together when I received it, but it was very easy to follow the instructions and only took a few minutes. I've been able to use it several times and it has helped me a lot. It is sturdy, with the hand brakes lock easily. When I'm sitting on it I do not have to worry about it moving. When I'm standing with it the brake is helpful too. I like the convenience of the opening for the bag underneath the seat. It maneuvers very well, it's the perfect size for me. I am around 200 lb and between 5'10. It has been very helpful

Bought for 90-year old relative who lives with us so we get his thoughts on this both directly and via our observations. High quality and sturdy/stable. Nicely packaged and relatively easy to assemble. Seat and storage is nice extra. He gets around better on this than the three alternative walkers we have and/or have tried. Still a bit tough for him to go through exterior doors with automatic closers but that is door issue, not a walker issues. Really terrific Customer Service. We had a small glitch putting it together (that was quickly resolved) but did place call to Homland one evening well after business hours. Left message and they responded with call-back within 10 minutes (we had found the fix). Impressive, and they actually care.

Five years ago I received a vaccine for Shingles and a month later I was paralyzed from the waist down. To make a long story short, I was a victim of Gullain-Barre Syndrome which is a nasty disease wherein your own body! attacks your nerves and muscles and if left unattended, could kill you. Luckily, I was hospitalized and after many tests we discovered the problem and I was able to get back the use of my lower body. But with GBS after it attacks your nerves/muscles, it leaves your body damaged. Think of a storm and how the land looks afterwards. My legs are not strong and my balance isn't so hot. This walker makes my days much easier!Never in a million years did I think I would be the owner of a walker! But I am...and what a Cadillac it is! While working in the kitchenI can move items easily from place to place by putting them on top of the seat. If I feel the need to have to sit down quickly, BAM!, the seat is right there for me. For me, the seat is also perfect for if I need to sit and do work at my counter...it is the perfect height for me to accomplish jobs while being comfortably and safely seated.My husband put it together quickly and said it wasn't 'too hard' to accomplish! I love the cranberry color and the smooth ride I get. When I am out and about, I put my purse right inside the storage area. It also folds up nicely when necessary. The ride is smooth and as fast or slow as I want it to be.Most importantly, I feel safe, confident, and stable while using this. I purchased this as a replacement for a different brand I bought a couple months back. The issue I had I did not check the width of the frame where the seat is, and found out by injury that my body was wider than the previous Walker frame.This walker has Great sturdy construction. Ability to adjust both the seat and the handlebars. I brought the seat up a little higher and actually took some of the pressure off my lower back where my injury is. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five- during construction at the factory the seat tie down straps were over tightened and broken. There is no option to swap out parts only return. Since I have already been down with no Walker for a period of time, i took a quick trip to the local hardware store where I got three quarter inch galvanized pipe strap and with a little finesse and bolt hole reaming they fit perfectly. less than $2 a part and I did not have to return everything.

Got this for my mother to help her get around the house better. She loves it and feels more confident walking with it. She had to learn how to maneuver the rollator at first. It takes a little while to adjust to a walker with wheels for older people. But once she figured out a routine that worked for her, she really enjoyed using it.As for the build quality, it gets an A+. Solid and sturdy frame, smooth rolling wheels, a nice comfy seat and backrest, and underseat storage. It folds flat, but maintains its 23" width and 40" height. But for around $100 (I got mine for $81 on a labor day sale!) it's just as good as $300+ models sold by licensed medical outlets. I highly recommend this rollator!
