I have been taking this vitamin for a few weeks now and it is amazing. Been taking these for a long time I feel these are quality d3 and k2 capsules and really affordable.they have no rubbish fillers or gmo and are manufactured in the UK great company who seem to keep the price without increasing at rediculous hikes unlike other vitamins I take that have gone sky high making it impossible to keep purchasing.
