Great sounding speakers
Installed in an S2000, aftermarket head unit and compact in dash mini class D amp. You need to turn the treble and Mids way down or they will make your ears bleed. Very crisp and clear. Advisable for head units with EQ. Mid bass is excellent

Absolutely amazing.
Absolutely amazing. I bought a pair of these(DB6502) for the front doors, and a pair the coaxial version(DB652) for the back doors in my Lexus. I also installed sound deadening but that’s another review.I’ve heard the coaxial version(DB652s) before and they sounded so much better than the kickers that were in my Lexus before. But these components make even them sound bad in comparison. Polk knows what they’re doing. I’ve had a part in putting together at least 6 car sound systems and, for the price, you absolutely can’t beat Polk’s sound quality. They also last forever. Never buying anything else. Buy these.Side note: People are saying they don’t like how hard the crossover setting for the tweeter(+0DB, +3DB, +6DB) is to get to. And it is true that it is very hard to get the cover off, but if you are careful, you can do it without damaging the plastic. I have mine on +3 and they sound perfect.

They do fit in a 2017 H-D Street Glide Special without modifications.
Just replaced the stock speakers in my '17 Street Glide special. Wow. Sounds great even without an amp, I can't wait till I get them amplified. Wasn't sure if they would fit, but they did. No modifications. I ran the included wires through the speaker pods and put the tweets where the mirrors were. Cut the female ends of the plugs off and ran them to the inputs of the crossover. If for some reason I want to go back to stock I can just install new female steak on crimped ends.Any how, not any louder than stock Un-amped but sound is alot better. Like I said before, can't wait for the amp. Screw the over priced H-D boom upgrades and just get some quality speakers like these.
