This shampoo comes in a medium-sized (about 10 oz) bottle with a pump dispense. I only needed a dime-sized amount, as it creates a good fine foamy lather. I can recommend this, especially if you have damaged or frizzy hair. It has a light, somewhat minty fragrance.
