This filter dispenser is the best purchase I've made in months. I followed setup instructions exactly and it works great. My water is now clear, refreshing, and tasteless, which is why I bought it in the first place. The water filters quickly (with NO leaks), and with 400-gallon filter life, I'm saving money by not purchasing bottled water. Strongly recommend.

This is a perfect size and fit for my fridge and amount of water it holds! I sold my big water machine which means less cluttering

My family member has well water. I’m talking about the stinkiest, foul smelling, hardest water you have ever come in contact with. They use this to filter their water to cook with and make coffee and tea. It is the only filter that has removed the smell and taste of the hard water. Now I will say that you need to ensure you clean this product every so often because there will be some green build up in the corners and this could be for a number of reasons. Their filter sits on the counter near the sun but mine stays cold in the fridge. Mine in the fridge never had the green issue but if you leave it out it will have that issue. Everything is easy to assemble and to disassemble. I recommend the double filter and make sure they are seated snuggly in their holes. Push them down and don’t be afraid you’ll break it. Once they are seated it will filter appropriately. It’s very sturdy, light weight and my spout doesn’t leak at all. I highly recommend this product. Also customer service did send me a new light after the one on my pitcher went out but that’s a different product.

Complete scam. It lasted only 10 days before it completely plugged and would not drain water through.

***UPDATE as of 5/7/25*** A customer service member from Water Drop reached out to me concerning the issue we had. They asked if they could send us a new system with filters and give them a try again. We agreed and have been using it for several weeks now, and I'm happy to report that our water filter system is working great and is odor-free! We will continue to monitor the system for any changes, but as of now, it's working as it should and we're thrilled to have a larger capacity water filtration system. Thank you, Water Drop for encouraging us to give you a try again. Your customer service is outstanding and you all went above and beyond to make this right for us. It's much appreciated! ------------------------------------------------------ Prior to purchasing this water filter system, we had a Brita system with a 6-month filter. It worked great, however it was small and just didn't hold enough water. When I found this Water Drop system, I thought it was perfect because it held so much more water and I wouldn't have to fill it as much as my Brita pitcher. When it came, I read all of the instructions, cleaned everything and filtered the amount of water through before using for our drinking water. Everything seemed great until about a month later when my husband asked if our drinking water was tasting funny. I took a drink and yes, there was a weird taste. I tasted it from our tap, but did not have that same taste. Figuring it was some fluke, I dumped all the water, refilled and we kept encountering the same issue. The water was tasting what I would compare to "Florida water." If anyone has lived or vacationed in Florida and drank their drinking fountain water, you'd taste what I call "swamp water." It was awful and we could not figure out what was causing it! It got so bad that we had to throw out entire Water Drop system in the trash and we bought a brand new Brita. I'm kicking myself for wasting the money on this water filtering system.
