Not bad. I used it a bunch and enjoyed it. It definitely helped me focus for extended periods and gave me a burst of energy with very little crash. Some friends tried it and there were mixed reviews. Keep in mind most of them only tried it once and the first time for anything can be a bit weird. It made some people feel sick. Made others feel high. But most liked it
