This monopod has been solid for me. It’s sturdy, extends to a great height, and the round base gives it extra stability when shooting. It works well for both photo and video, especially when you need something quick and reliable.Setup is simple, and it feels durable enough for regular use. It does what you expect without any hassle.The only downside is the small rubber piece around it. It tends to come off, which can be a bit annoying over time.Other than that, no real complaints. I absolutely LOVE this monopod because it takes a fraction of the space of a conventional tripod, making it less likely to be tripped over, and way more versatile to move around.I love the fact that I can fit it into tight spaces that were too small for a tripod such as between my desk and a nearby bookcase. In fact, the flat bottom even lets you slide it under furniture so you have even more flexibility to move it right next to other furniture or move it so the pole is right against a desk and the base slides nearly underneath it. For that reason alone it's the perfect mount for a lot of content creators who do talking head videos while seated at a desk.The biggest thing for me is that I'm also a lot less likely to trip over the legs in my cramped studio space. The base is just the right size to ensure it remains stable, but for those who are concerned about tipping it over, you can easily place sandbags or weights on the flat bottom.The top of the pole is a standard screw mount, so you can attach floating heads, lights or just about anything.It's well made and very sturdy, and it locks in place with even the heaviest camera or lighting rig.

Those things come in pretty handy and can support a decent weight. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the top pin can sometimes comes unscrewed or loosen up. I wish there was a way to truly lock the pin. But don't let that deter you from buying those stands. They work great and are space saving.

Wow I was hesitant to buy these stand because I thought they might be too expensive. I was wrong. These are high premium stands built like a tank. Beautifully packaged and designed with user in mind. They are perfectly designed. Heavy, high quality materials. Very solid. Nice attention to details like rubber edging, felt on bottom. Tight fitting connections, everything just well built and well designed. I will definitely buy more now that I see how they are built. They are just really good looking and feeling too. If you hate tripping over tripods inside these are a must buy.

Game changer! Love these stands! First of all, they are NOT 100% stable like a tripod for video purposes, but that's not what they are intended for. They can be used for lights, microphones , and as monopod for video. In the photo, it shows my camera set up which would have been very difficult to fit two tripods side by side without getting in the way of other guests in the theater. I get hired to shoot dance recitals and plays, and these stands make my life so much easier! In fact, instead of just me running two cameras by myself, my wife can assist me. Also, in my particular set up, I'm not concerned with the slight wobble the stands have, because I am indoors on a concrete, level surface. And only one of my cameras will be used to follow performers close up while the other is a wide shot. My only complaint about the stands is the fact that they come with a rubber ring on the base that is intended to be removed. I think it would be better if they were a permanent part of the stands. They add a little more slip-resistance and protection for the metal bases. OR, instead of a felt-like pad on the bottom, a non-slip rubber surface. Other than that, these are perfect!

Great product

Very solid option for lights or small cameras in a studio or similar environment. Much more robust than the usual light tripod stands.

The product itself is great. It’s sturdy and tall. With a thick pole that screws into the base. Unfortunately i had to return it for 2 reasons- the threading i needed was 1/4 inch and it comes with a 3/8 i believe. The other reason is that the base is about 40ish cm (or bigger) and i wanted it as a projector stand behind my headboard. The radius of the base meant that i would have had to have the bed pulled too far from the wall to make it work. So i went with another option. The base is quite heavy so will hold any standard camera with ease and most lights. Its rated to 10kg i believe. Very easy to adjust too with rubber grips on the pole to extend and retract. It is a quality product - maybe a little expensive for what it is but i guess it is perfect if you have the right use case and don’t want the traditional tripod style mounts.

These hold a c80 with battery and modifiers without issue. Pretty nice stands all around, ifootage has a winner here. The mic stand style base is great for tight studios or home setups.
