Packing was very good. Works very well in cleaning / removing the Hard water stains from taps etc. Give a very good original sparkling looks to the taps.

The cleaning liquid does a decent job, but the spray mechanism is poorly designed. When using the spray setting, the pattern is uneven, with most of the liquid going to the upper-right corner. The stream setting is average at best. After leaving the bottle unused for a few weeks, the nozzle completely clogged on the spray setting, and when switching to the stream setting, liquid leaked from the piston down the lever, causing skin irritation. It’s clear that cost-cutting is a priority here—quality control needs a serious upgrade.

It exceeded my expectations great product . It just removed all scaling formed on taps over the years. If scaling is too much it might take multiple application.
