Since I have been taking it I feel wonderful! It eems to be doing what was advertised. My bone scan was pretty bad. I had bone pain, but it has subsided somewhat. I think it's a very healthy alternative to Prolia. Both work together for me. I also think the ingredients have helped me with other ailments. I highly recommend.

I have tried the other competitor with the thousand ads everywhere and much prefer Ocean Essence. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the company takes care in the presentation of the supplement. It comes in a lovely box that indicates that shortcuts were not taken to produce the product. As someone with osteoporosis, I have taken great care in researching the best product for my bones and this is the one I feel comfortable with. The addition of boron, K2 and magnesium are a plus.
